CEO/Co-Founder

Entrepreneur, businessman, and engineer Mr. Rojas is the CEO and co-founder of Centurion Solar Energy. Active in the solar industry since 2010, he has managed over 10,000 PV projects (55MW) across the U.S. and Mexico, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the field.

CTO/Co-Founder

Mr. Pardo, a Master Electrician with over 25 years of experience in the electrical and renewable energy fields, has coordinated projects from design to client handover. Before co-founding Centurion Solar Energy, he ran his own electrical company for 10 years.

CFO

With over 25 years in corporate finance and business strategy, Mr. Rene Lazo holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and an MBA from ITAM. He also completed business management coursework at UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Partner & Co-Founder

As a Business Administrator, has contributed to successful ventures in telecommunications and solar energy. She holds a degree in Business Administration, is a member of the LIU Global Alumni Community, and earned a Business Administration Diploma from CDI College.

Design & Permitting Director

Photovoltaic Designer and Architect & NABCEP Associate skilled in leading in-house and outsourced engineering, creating code-compliant design packages, including as-built drawings, drone videos, and documentation for permits and AHJ/utility submissions in NY, AZ, and CA.

Human Capital Director & EA to CEO

Bringing extensive experience in human resources with a warm, personable approach, Adriana ensures our team thrives in a supportive environment, fostering collaboration & growth, and helping Centurion attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Major Electric & Roofing Director

Mr. Sanchez, a Civil Engineer with a Master's in Project Management, has led several multi-million-dollar construction projects with a focus on OSHA standards, quality control, and a leadership supervision. He joined Centurion Solar to manage day-to-day operations.

Site Survey & Commissioning Manager

An industrial engineer with experience in top international companies, Mr. Pazos honed his skills in quality assurance and project management. His passion for learning earned him a master’s in business and led him to Centurion Solar, where he maintains the company’s high standards.

Accounting Manager

Juan Manuel has 8+ years of experience in the accounting/finance fields with a BS in Accounting and a Master in Financial Investments. He is in charge of the accounting department, and also of providing financial information to the CEO/CFO.

Business Developer Manager

With over 7 years in the solar industry, Sebastian Tintinago is our Business Development Manager and primary contact for onboarding new solar originator clients. His expertise in the solar market and strategic approach ensure our partners receive excellent support for a smooth transition.

IT Technical Support Engineer and Digital Management Manager

Mr. Saunders brings extensive knowledge in electronics and computing to Centurion Solar. Dedicated to providing exceptional support, Erick helps our team and clients navigate technical challenges, making him a valuable asset in driving innovation and enhancing operations.

Dealer Program Project Manager

Ana ensures efficient and accurate handling of loan applications, helping partners secure necessary funding. With strong organizational skills, Ana oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish and providing exceptional service to help clients achieve their solar goals.
